2. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

We respect your time and expect the same courtesy in return. Please adhere to the following rules:

• Rescheduling requires at least a 24-hour advance notice prior to your scheduled session slot.
• Cancellations requested under 24 hours may incur an administrative processing fee.
• If you miss a scheduled session without prior notification, it will be marked as completed.

All readings are conducted in a peaceful, sacred, and respectful environment. Any abusive language, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards Psychic Shiva will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
